Thank you for shopping with EVee Buddy, a brand of TEZON POWER. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we invite you to review our return and refund policy. The following terms apply to any products you purchased from us.

Definitions
  • Application: The software provided by TEZON POWER, named EVee Buddy.
  • Company: TEZON POWER, located at LR Towers, SJRRA 104, S Janatha Rd, Kochi, Kerala, 682025.
  • Goods: The items offered for sale on our app or website.
  • Orders: Your request to purchase Goods from us.
  • Service: Refers to the EVee Buddy application or website, or both.
  • Website: Refers to EVee Buddy, accessible from www.eveebuddy.com
  • You: The person using our Service or purchasing Goods.

Your Order Cancellation Rights
You can cancel your order within 7 days without providing a reason. The cancellation deadline is 7 days from when you received the Goods, or when a third party you chose (other than the carrier) takes possession of the Goods. To cancel your order, please notify us by email at sales@eveebuddy.com . We will refund you within 21 days after we receive the returned Goods. The refund will be processed using the same payment method you used for the order, and no fees will be charged for the reimbursement.

Conditions for Returns
To return Goods, please ensure:
  • The Goods were purchased within the last 7 days.
  • The Goods are in their original packaging.
  • The following items cannot be returned:
  • Custom-made or personalized Goods.
  • Goods that spoil quickly or are past their expiration date.
  • Goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.
  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.
  • We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet these conditions.

    We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

    Our app may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.

    Refunds
    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. This exclusion may not apply if prohibited by law.

    Children’s Privacy
    We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe we have, please contact us.

    You can review or change your account information, or delete your account at any time. To stop receiving emails or notifications, update your settings in the app or contact us.
