Washing and Water Exposure Guidelines for Tata EVs
When washing your EV, avoid directing high-pressure washer fluid or water jets (pressure above 0.5 bar) at electrical components and connectors to prevent electrical system malfunctions due to water ingress.
High-pressure washing is not recommended in the motor compartment, under-floor battery pack, or CCS charging port areas.
Drive through calm water only, and if it is not deeper than 210mm (Tigor) or 300mm (Nexon). Maintain a slow speed in water of this depth.
Submersion in Water:
In case your car is fully or partially submerged in water, turn off the ignition, evacuate the vehicle, and contact Roadside Assistance (RSA) at 18002098282 for assistance.
