Electric Vehicle (EV) Long Duration Parking Guidelines
For extended vehicle parking, refrain from parking when the battery is below 20% state of charge (SoC) for a continuous period exceeding two weeks (more than 14 days).
Ideally, park your vehicle for extended periods (over 14 days) with the battery's SoC between 40% and 60%. Disconnect the auxiliary battery's negative terminal for prolonged parking.
After a prolonged rest, ensure your vehicle is charged to 100% using slow/AC charging before use.
