The EVee Buddy app puts the whole charging journey on your phone. Here is a quick tour of the main features.
Finding a station
- Open the map or list to see stations near you or along your route.
- Filter by charging speed and connector type, so you only see chargers that suit your car.
- Check whether chargers are online before you set off.
- Open a station for its address, chargers, power and directions.
Adding money: EVee Buddy Coins
Charging is paid with EVee Buddy Coins. Top up in the app using UPI, card or net banking; coins are credited straight away and can be used at EVee Buddy stations and partner network stations.
Starting a session
- Choose the station and charger in the app, or scan the QR code on the charger.
- Plug in your car.
- Start the session and confirm.
Tracking your session
While charging, the app shows progress so you can step away and return when you are ready. Stop the session from the app when you are done.
History and receipts
Your past sessions and receipts are saved in the app, which is handy for expenses or tracking your charging costs.
If a session is interrupted
If a session fails or stops early because of a station issue, unused coins are returned to your in-app balance.
